THE ANOMALY

The Anomaly is the musical manifestation of London based Imran Khan’s mind. The multi-instrumentalist, singer-songwriter, and producer draws inspiration from the British and American alternative rock of the 90s/00s on which he grew up, infusing it with melodic depth to produce a euphonious richness of sound that gets more interesting upon each listen. Using his acute ear for an infectious hook and a catchy chorus, and combining it with evocative lyricism the songs strike emotion on multiple levels leaving them welcomely imprinted on your sonic brain. Imran’s love of experimentation derived from his propensity of getting bored of an idea easily means that his song writing carries diversity and maturity, each song sounding distinctly unique to another.
